The initial intake session fee ($160) is due in full at the time of service. While we file insurance as a courtesy, payment for therapy services is expected at the time of service for the entire balance that your insurance company is not paying. Once insurance has responded, payment for the full remaining account balance is due within 45 days. We will be happy to place a credit card on file to assist with this process.
For psychological assessment services, the costs typically run between $2,000 to $3,000. For those evaluations, $160 will be due at intake, $500 will be due at the first testing appointment, and another $160 will be due at the feedback session. The full balance will be due within three months of the feedback session. We will refund any overpayment after settlement from the insurance company. We will be happy to place a credit card on file to assist with this process.
$160 for initial intake visit (45 minute session)
$140 per hour for therapy (45 minute session), thereafter
$160 per hour for psychological assessment, scoring / interpretation, and report-writing
Although we are not in network with any insurance providers, as a courtesy to our clients, we will file most insurances. Whatever amount insurance does not cover, clients are responsible for paying in full within 45 days from the date that we hear from the insurance company. We do not file Tricare, Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield All Kids, or any form of Humana.
